Jasmin attended the University of Windsor and York University, where she obtained her bachelors and LLB degrees respectively. She has a passion for family and criminal matters and enjoys a good challenge at court. Jasmin regularly attends provincial and Supreme Court for urgent and non-urgent family applications. She has dealt with child and spousal protection, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, separation, divorce, marriage, cohabitation, relocation and property division matters. She has represented clients at all three levels of the British Columbia court system.
Jasmin is a proud mom and is passionate about supporting families. Jasmin devotes a part of her practice to working with disadvantaged individuals in family disputes, including those facing poverty and violence concerns.
